It's on news stands Feb 28th.

Per Higby on Twitter.
PS1 players, Fan Faire 2011 attendees and PC Gamer keys will have first access to beta once it begins.

So doesn't that technically mean we do not have to go out and get a pc gamer magazine and will get one from being a former PS1 player? And with that being the case, then beta keys for entire outfits are not needed since we all will be getting in first anyway since we were all PS1 players?

Different sets of codes could activate in waves..but who knows. I think the price of a magazine is worth the shot at getting in earlier. But that's just me.

It's like $20 for a year's sub to Pc Gamer, they do stuff like that often enough that I just went ahead and subbed, fuckit.

I too went ahead and subbed up for a year. Roommate laughed at me, but I have a feeling it will be $20 well spent.
Doesn't matter what the press says. Doesn't matter what the politicians or the mobs say. Doesn't matter if the whole country decides that something wrong is something right. This nation was founded on one principle above all else: the requirement that we stand up for what we believe, no matter the odds or the consequences. When the mob and the press and the whole world tell you to move, your job is to plant yourself like a tree beside the river of truth, and tell the whole world - "No, you move." - Captain America
